Mrs. Wendell BlandSeptember 8, 1924 ~ May 13, 2009Mrs. Wendell Bland, age 84, of the Walnut Grove community, died Wednesday morning at her residence. She was a member of the Friendship Church of Christ and retired from the Huntsville Hospital where she worked as a nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon is survived by her 5 daughters: Peggy & James Fenn, Patsy and C.A. Phillips, Sandy & Wayne Bobo, Joan and Buddy Eliff, and Teresa and Dan Jones; 1 Brother: Mack Williamson; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
