He also played slow-pitch softball. Weldon loved to play golf and was a former member of the Christiana Creek Country Club and most recently a longtime member of Four Lakes Country Club, where he had his first hole-in-one several years ago. He played on the Men’s Tuesday Night League and in many tournaments. On weekends, he played with his best buddies “The Bandits.” He also missed his trips to Florida and Mississippi over the past 20 years with his golfing friends from many years ago.
