Wayne S. Kendrick, 83, of 1911 Konkle Road, Montoursville, died Saturday, September 3, 2011, at his home.
Wayne and his wife, the former Mary Lou Reese observed their 59th anniversary on June 22, 2011.
Wayne retired in 1982 from PennDot, was an Army veteran of World War II, attended Community Baptist Church, enjoyed building and creating things and loved his family.
Born October 25, 1927 in Wellsboro, he was the son of Stillman and Nina James Kendrick.
Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Debbie (Lenny) Confer of Montoursville, Diane (Wayne) Hall of Malabar, Fla., grandsons, David (Hillary) Confer and Timothy Confer and a great-granddaughter, Sydney.
