Wayne L. Wright, 91, of #1 Circle Drive, Tonica, died at 8:55 a.m., Saturday, July 22, 2006, at Manor Court of Peru. He was born December 1, 1914 in Whitefield Township to Alvin and Merle (Thierry) Wright. He farmed in the Lostant area for over 40 years. He married Irene Mortenson on November 16, 1938, she passed away in 1946. He married Irma (Siemers) Supan on January 17, 1954.
He was a member of the Lostant United Methodist Church; the Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, and the Northern Illinois Valley Shriners Club. He is survived by: his wife, Irma Wright, of Tonica; 5 sons, Russell (Sharon) Wright of Lostant, Roger (Judy) Wright of Joliet, James (Rita) Supan of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Michael (Linda) Supan of Tonica, and Terry Joe (Marcia) Supan of Rochester; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
He was preceded by: his parents; his first wife, Irene in 1946; 1 son, John Supan in 1990; and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Supan in 1980
