Wayne Haynes of Rupert, Idaho, passed away peacefully at his home on February 1, 2018. At 92 years old, Wayne lived a full and happy life. He was born in Paul, Idaho, to Earl and Edith Haynes on September 30, 1925. He was the 6th of 11 children. Growing up he worked on the family farm before serving in the U. S. Army as a staff sergeant for the Military Police. He married the love of his life, Hilda Davis, on September 24, 1951. Wayne spent his life around farming. He was a mechanic, and was able to operate any piece of machinery on the farm.
