Wayne Gary Sandland, “Sandman”, 57, of Minneapolis, MN, began his spiritual journey on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. He was born on April 6, 1955 in Deer River, Minnesota to Gilbert and Alice (Manypenny) Sandland.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, and one brother Larry.
Wayne is survived by his wife Gladys of Minneapolis, step daughter Charlotte of Minneapolis, 11 grandchildren other relatives and friends.
Wayne enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. He liked watching wrestling on TV. He dabbled in technology working on computers and ipads and keeping his mind busy and active working on puzzles.
