Wayne “Critter” Kapellusch, age 74, Town of Saratoga, passed away on Sunday July 31, 2022 at his residence.
Wayne was born on January 20, 1948 to Ernest and Helen (Oakes) Kapellusch in Racine, WI. He graduated from Horlick High School before moving to central Wisconsin. He was united in marriage to Cynthia Schneider on June 10, 1988 in Wisconsin Rapids. Wayne was the owner-operator of Critter’s Pub from 1984 until his passing.
Wayne is survived by his wife Cynthia, sons: Keith Kapellusch, Shane (Renee) Kapellusch, Dustin (Kristin) Kapellusch, Jamie Kapellusch; step-children: Joshua Voight, Jessica Sachs; brother: Errol Kapellusch; grandchildren: Josh Kapellusch, Jake Kapellusch, Samantha Kapellusch, Katrina Kapellusch, Kaiden Kapellusch, Leah Marie Kapellusch, Lizzy Nystrom, Cynthia Voight, Angelique Sachs, and Nicholas Sachs; great-grandchildren: Bowden, Everett, Owen, Cheyanne, Emma, and Remington. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Helen and sister Susan.
