Cambridge City- Wayman “Max” Overbay, 75 passed away on Saturday morning March 14, 2009 at Lincoln Center Nursing Home in Connersville after an extended illness. A son of the late Wayman B. and Gladys M. Shields Overbay, Max was born near Economy, Indiana on October 7, 1933. He grew up in the Economy area and moved back to Cambridge City / Mt. Auburn in 1976 from Texas. He worked in construction before becoming disabled from a work injury.
