Warren S. Ehlers, 89, of Middletown, husband of the late Vivian (Barr) Ehlers, passed away on Saturday, December 27th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Middletown, he was the son of the late John H. and Elsie (Savage) Ehlers. Warren lived in Middletown all his life, graduated Wesleyan University in Middletown, and owned and operated with his two brothers, Forest City Cleaners and Launderers, Inc. in Middletown retiring in 1982. He is survived by four nieces, Jacqueline Egan of PA, Gail English of VA, Sandra Vance of CT, and Lucretia Fortier of CT; and a nephew, Stephen Ehlers. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, John H. Ehlers and Neal Ehlers and a sister, Marion Merriman.
