Mr. Warren Frederick “Fred” Mebane age 49 of 1235 Evans St. Burlington was taken from the people that loved him on May 27, 2020 while at his home.
“Fred” was the youngest son of the late Deacon Weldon Pleas Mebane and Mrs. Olivia Bernice Graves Mebane. He was born March 23, 1971 in Alamance County. “Fred” was a Graduate of Hugh M. Cummings High School where he wore the number 24 on his back as a defensive back on the football field. After graduation he attended Winston-Salem State University. “Fred” was a professional Barber by trade.
His smile, his life and now his legacy will be forever cherished by his brother, Weldon Forrest Mebane and his wife Angela; his nephew, Brandon Tre’ Mebane and niece, Cydnee LaSha Mebane along with many cousins and friends.
