Warren Douglas Charette, 76, passed away peacefully at home with his wife and family at his side December 31, 2021 after a difficult battle with supranuclear degenerative was born to Zenon Charette and Claudia Theriault Charette on May 25, 1945 in Ashland, Maine. Warren grew up in Frenchville, Maine where he enlisted in the U.S. Army. While in uniform, he trained and served overseas in Germany as a communications specialist in the Army Signal Corps. A talented guitar player, he also played extensively on assignments with the USO. Warren returned stateside in 1965 and soon began working at Industrial Safety Supply Co. in West Hartford. From a warehouse stock clerk, he rose to Vice President of US Sales. He retired in 1995.Warren made lifelong friends wherever he went. He was the antique tool guy for many years at the Flea market at the Crossing in Plainville, but his passion was music. He played guitar in rock & roll, country and blue grass bands throughout his life. Warren was preceded in death by his parents Zenon and Claudia and his son Warren. Warren is survived by his wife Yvette, his son Mark and his wife Lisa, and his son David. He leaves his six grandchildren, Kelsey, Justin, John Mark, Amber, Jason and Alaina and his great grandson Peyton. He is also survived by his brother Wade, as well as several nieces and nephews.
