W R (Bob) Millard, Jr. Passed away at age of 80 on May 22, 2012 at home with the family by his side of natural causes.
Survived by wife of 59 years of marriage Julia Millard , son W R (Robbie) Millard III and his wife AJ Millard, daughter Karine White and her husband Barry White, grandchildren Melissa Millard, Dustin Fox, Josh Fox, Anna White, and Haley White. Sister in law and brother in law Mr. and Mrs. Bezdek and their children and Grandchildren Brother in law Alex Taylor.
Born as an only child and parents having no siblings. Attended Miami Jackson School for 12 years and was known as an Allapattah Rat. Graduate of University of Miami, with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Physics. Taught chemistry and physics at Ransom school at Coconut Grove, then moved his career as a chemist working for multiple companies formulating unique products. In 1977, he orchestrated the idea for he and his son to start a business with their own ideas. It was the beginning on B & R Products, Inc. He is the “B” in the company that is now recognized worldwide with their products.
