Wanda Sue (Travis) Taylor, born April 2, 1939 in Murray, Kentucky and has lived in Dalton, Georgia since 1980, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Regency Park surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, William Curtis Taylor; her parents, Tom Ed and Venice Travis; one brother, Jerry Thomas Travis; one sister, Ora Belle Travis, all of Murray, KY. She is survived by her four children, Connie and Gilbert Roden of Resaca, GA, Carol and Scott Long of Dalton, GA, Chris Taylor of Sugar Valley, GA, Celia and Kenny McCollum of Resaca, GA; ten grandchildren, Travis, Amber, Suzi, Shawn, Samantha, Jessica, Laura, Elizabeth, Celissa and Blake; nineteen great grandchildren; three brothers, Will Ed and Faye Travis of Murray, KY, Billy Travis and Priscilla Taylor Steuber, and LA Travis of Dalton, GA; two sisters in law, Marilyn Travis of Murray, KY and Mary Dell Thomas of Hopkinsville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
