Wanda Z. Percival, 81, of Ammon, passed away July 6, 2018, at MorningStar Reflections Care in Idaho Falls.

Wanda was born December 12, 1936, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Herman A. Zollinger and Lavina Webster Zollinger. She was the second of two children. She attended Rexburg schools and graduated from Madison High School in May 1955.

After graduation, she married her high school sweetheart, Don Percival, on June 10, 1955. She worked at the Idaho Bank of Commerce. In the Fall of 1957, she, Don, and a daughter moved to Pocatello where Don attended Idaho State College. In the Fall of 1960, the family, which now included a son, moved to Berkeley, California, where Don attended the University of California for one semester.

In February 1961, the family took up residence in Idaho Falls, where Wanda lived until April 2000 when she and Don moved to Ammon.

Her hobbies over the years consisted of golfing, embroidery, sewing, quilting, crocheting, and cross-stitching. She especially enjoyed time spent at Star Valley Ranch Resort near Thayne, Wyoming, and from 1998 through 2008, she and Don spent winters in Surprise, Arizona. Her greatest joy in life was her family, with each member holding a special place in her heart. She greatly enjoyed family get-togethers and following the progress and activities of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
