Wanda “Susie” Montague was born in Brooklyn, NY to Annie Garner and the late Herbert Garner. She was raised in Clinton, NC by her Aunt the late Nettie A Smith. Susie loved to sing, dance and she played basketball for Union High School. She earned her Medical Office Assistant degree in New York. She spent most of her time smiling and making people happy. She loved her grandkids very much.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband; Michael Montague. Children; Darryl Glenn, Broderick Moore and Ericka Moore. Brothers; Herbert James Garner, Donald Ray Garner, Anthony Garner and William Garner. Sister; the late Kay Washington, Marian Garner, Vicky Faircloth, Ronnie Kelly. Susie also leaves six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and family and friends.
