Wanda L. Norlin went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday evening, April 14, 2014.  Wanda was born in 1931 in McAlister, Oklahoma to Joe & Vada Goodson.  At the young age of 15, she met and married the love of her life, Toke Norlin.  They were married for 66 years.  Together they had 4 Children, Lavada, Lavina, Dave and Ken.

Wanda was a hard worker and was never afraid to try any job, from feeding calves, picking fruit, sewing, canning, income tax returns, delivering newspapers, selling Beeline fashions and Home Interiors.  She owned and operated Bulldog Lanes and Bulldog Shirt Shop until she retired.

Wanda had a very generous heart and she was always helping her family and friends.  Wanda’s happiest times were being surrounded by her family.  She loved her children only second to her love for God.

A special thanks to John LaRue for all he did for our mom in her last days.  He was a great friend and a tremendous caregiver.  And we all know how she loved him a lot.  Thank you!

Wanda is survived by 2 daughters; Lavada (Les) Loucks of Marsing, ID and Lavina (Terry) Litke of Whidbey Island, WA, 2 sons; Dave (Shelly) Norlin of Nampa, ID and Ken (Sue) Norlin of Nampa, ID, 14 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 2 brothers.

She is better now, she’s riding high on angels wings, she is laughing at the smallest things, she’s learning how to wear a crown, she’s better now.  She will be missed.
