Wanda S. Kucharski, 87, of New Buffalo, Michigan, died Sunday morning, January 30, 2005, at her home. Mrs. Kucharski was born on November 11, 1917, in Sczebrezcyn, Poland to John and Mary (Bekier) Rybicki.
On April 28, 1940, she married Eugene H. Kucharski. They moved to the United States in 1950, settling in Chicago. In 1956, they moved to Michigan and made their home in New Buffalo. Mrs. Kucharski briefly worked outside the home but was most content caring for her family and home. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. Mr. Kucharski preceded her in death on July 13, 1984.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Mario Urso, of Palos Heights, Illinois; her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Diane Kucharski, of Hudsonville, Michigan; grandsons, Mark Urso, Jim Urso, Joseph Kucharski, and Matthew Kucharski; her great-grandson Austin; and her sister-in-law, Maryla Grabowski.
