Wanda was born on May 2, 1935 and went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 8, 2017. She was born in Roff, Oklahoma, though her family moved to Coalinga, CA when she was very young. She graduated from Coalinga High School in 1953 and married her childhood sweetheart, Cecil Conley, that same summer. The couple moved to Taft, CA to start their married life and Wanda remained in Taft until her passing.
