Mr. Walter Eugene Nellon of Tampa, Florida, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021.
Mr. Nellon was a native and resident of Tampa for 64 years. He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. After high school, Mr. Nellon enlisted and served in the United States Army.
He is preceded in death by his parents: father, Tillman Nellon, Sr., and his mother, Maple Bennett Nellon. He leaves to cherish his memory, eight sisters: Jeanette Bacon, Bettye Goldsmith, Arlinda Nellon, Lois Nellon, Rosetta Nellon (James), Sandra Nellon, Pinkye Nellon, and Carolyn Graham (Ronald); three brothers: Tillmon Nellon, Jr., Ray Nellon (Denise), and Johnny Nellon (Tolanda); special niece, Tanya Nellon; nieces: Tammy Bacon, Renessa Williams, Debra Limehouse, Remishia Spain (Kenneth), Sabrina Pope, Brenda Coleman (Ronald), Lakaishia Tim, Shavonda Phillips, Latoya Coleman (Mark), Sheena Nellon, LaQuetta Nellon, Ebony Burt, Lequita Westbrooks (Daniel); nephews: Russell Goldsmith, Calvin Goldsmith, Christopher Woodward (Yetta), Michael Nellon, Hadari Perry, Darrell Condry, Darrick Andrews (Marie), Timothy Brister Jr., and Brandon Nellon, as well as a host of other sorrowing nieces and nephews, family and friends.
