Walter “Milton” Jolley-age 90 of Mt Juliet Tn. passed away on December 13, 2020.
Preceded in death by his parents Ed and Annie Jolley, 5 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years Doris Jolley, Son- Walter Jolley Jr (Barbara),
Daughters-Deana Gentry (Tony) and Rhonda Jones (Mason). Brother-Don Jolley and Sisters-
Marie Riggins and Dot Waffird. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren
and 1 Great Great grandchild. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. He adored and
loved everyone and they knew it.
As a Korean War Veteran in the US ARMY young Milton found his love and talent of cooking as
a Mess Hall Mgr. Anyone who ever had the privilege of eating his cooking would agree.
Milton was an avid bowler and served as President of the Greater National Bowling
Association. He also loved to golf and loved the Tennessee Volunteers.
Milton owned and operated Jolley Roofing until his retirement.
He will be honored with Full Military Honors on January 8th at 2:00 PM at the Nashville National
Cemetery at 1420 Gallatin Rd. South, Madison Tn. 37115.
