Walter M. “Archie” Heft 80, of Bethlehem, died peacefully, in his home, surrounded by his family on Sunday, March 25, 2012. He and his wife Janice M. (Hahn) Heft celebrated their 55th anniversary, last April. Born in Seidersville, Pa., he was the son of the late Walter E. and Lillian (Hittinger) Heft. He was a 1945 graduate of Liberty High School. Archie spent three years in the U.S. National Guard and then served in the U.S. Army in Korea from 1951 to 1952.
