Walter John Biscardi Sr., 79, of Southbury CT died quietly at home on January 9 surrounded by his loving wife, Sylvia Biscardi and family members. Mr. Biscardi was formerly a long time resident of Poughkeepsie NY and was born to the late Sarah and Louis Biscardi on April 24, 1933.
Mr. Biscardi graduated from F.D. Roosevelt High School, Hyde Park NY in 1951 and later received an AS in Business from Dutchess Community College.
