Wallace Fain McKinney, 73, of Westminster, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Born April 6, 1942 in Burnsville, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Leel and Fred McKinney. Survived by his wife of 30 years, Joy Beth McKinney.
Before retiring he worked as a brick mason. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, building and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Mindy McKinney, Macie McKinney, Kathy Rhodes, Karen Blankenship and Keith McKinney, siblings Iva Jean Barker, Iris McKinney, Melva Chandler, Hattie Bailey and Eddy McKinney. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by several brothers and a sister.
