Wade Kent Stoker, 80, of Norwood, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Atrium Health Stanly Hospital in Albemarle.
Kent was born November 7, 1942 in Stanly County, North Carolina to the late Wade Franklin Stoker and the late Ruth Talbert Stoker Gibson.
He was also preceded in death by daughter, Terrie Lynn Stoker; brothers, Paul Dean Stoker and Reggie Stoker.
Survivors include wife, Jolene Hatley Stoker of the home; son, Michael Kent Stoker and daughter, Bobbi Olson; grandchildren, Hollis (Mary) Hunt; great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Theo Hunt; siblings, Nancy Morris, Kinner Gibson, Randy Gibson, and Bart Gibson.
Kent enjoyed baseball and softball and loved any kind of cars and trucks, but Kent’s favorite activity was cutting hair as a Barber for 53 years.
