W. Lucielle Poor McAllister, 85, Anderson, died October 1, 2002 at St. Johns Health System, Anderson Indiana after a brief illness. She was born September 23, 1917 in Anderson, Indiana and lived in the Anderson area her entire life.
She was a homemaker having worked at Delco Remy Division of General Motors from 1936 to 1945 and the South Madison School System Cafeterias during the 1970’s. She was a graduate of Markleville High School. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Anderson and the Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by her One Daughter: Donna & husband John Delaplane of Sarasota, Florida. Two Sons: Tommie & wife Tracy McAllister of Pendleton. Larry & wife Melissa McAllister of Pendleton. Four Grandchildren: Thomas McAllister, Lucas McAllister, Natalie McAllister and Eliott McAllister.
Very Special Friend and Companion: Jack Berry. She was preceded by her Husband of 52 years: Tom McAllister on May 3, 1988. Parents: Lawrence & Hettie Keesling Poor. One Brother: Harold Poor.
