Vonda Brothers, 89, of Centralia, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. She was born May 7, 1930, in Crossville, the daughter of Noah Sigler and Hazel (Hutchison) Sigler.
She married Harold Brothers on April 5, 1954, and he preceded her in death on March 18, 2012.
Vonda is survived by her three daughters: Linda K. Briggs and husband Jeff of Centralia, Terri L. Rogers of Centralia, Patti Ruch and husband Tom of Bremerton, WA.; nine grandchildren: fourteen great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law Frankie Brothers and Lisa Brothers; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Noah and Hazel Sigler, husband: Harold Brothers, sons: Michael Brothers, Harold “Sonny” Brothers, and Gary Brothers, a brother: Darrel Sigler and three sisters: Linda Thanner, Donna Jean Black and Mildred Wolfe. Vonda was a homemaker. She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. Per Vonda’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a Private Burial will be held at a later date in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia.
