Vivian Weeks Magnatta, 96, was born March 1, 1919, in Rockbridge County, Virginia, to the now late Chambers R. and Myrtle Weeks Greene.
She was wed to Fred Magnatta on June 30, 1958. They resided in Baltimore, Maryland, and moved to Florida sometime in the 1970s or 1980s. She peacefully passed away on February 2, 2016, in Tallahassee. She worked at Lockheed Martin for many years in manufacturing airplanes. She loved working in the yard, making her flowers and yard beautiful. Surviving are her son, John Edward Magnatta; her dear friend, Maria Culbertson, who has taken care of her since Fred’s passing in 1999. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her little dog, Pow Wow.
