Mrs. Lunelle Overton, age 84, of Newnan, died November 22, 2012 at her residence. A native of Coweta County, she was born April 19, 1928 and was one of two children born to the late John P. and Annie Lu Millians Haines. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Olin Thomas Overton, her son, David Overton and her only sibling, Billy Haines. Mrs. Overton was a longtime employee of Playtex at their Newnan location. She was a member of East Newnan Baptist Church. Surviving Mrs. Overton is her son, Darryl Overton and his wife Denise and also by her granddaughter, Dakota, all of Sharpsburg.
