Virginia was predeceased by her cherished husband of 62 years, Jeremiah Joseph Murphy. She is survived by her beloved children, Patricia Muir, James Murphy, and Barbara Murphy. Virginia is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Jay A. Muir and Lindsay M. Johnson and her great-grandson, Nathan A. Muir. She is also the dear sister of William Merril, Jr, Priscilla Kelly and Judith Williams.
