SALEM – Virginia N. Lease, age 78, died at 4:06 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born March 22, 1940 in Summit Township, Ohio, the daughter of the late Floyd and Opal (Morris) Schultheis.
Virginia was a former member of Highland Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Lease, whom she married April 14, 1962; two sons, Richard Jr. (Michelle) Lease and James Lease both of Hanoverton; two daughters, Connie (Mark) Menning of Salem and Debbie (Steve) Toth of Hanoverton; seven sisters, Barb Wheatley of Hanoverton, Rose (Tom) Laird of North Jackson, Judy (Bob) Solomon of Salem, Hazel (Doug) Milburn of Salem, Jeannie Schultheis, Becky (Nathan) Gorby of Salem, and Sherry (Wayne) Gentry of Lisbon; three brothers, France Schultheis, Roger Schultheis and Chuck (Fern) Schultheis, all of Salem; eight grandchildren, Ashley, Josh, Cody, Matt, Brandi, James, Heather and Richard; and six great grandchildren, Landon, Lexi, Jenessa, Laila, Kaden and Matthew Jr.
A brother, Butchie Schultheis also preceded her in death.
