Virginia was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on her Father’s birthday Tuesday, June 4, 1929 and passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents Frederick E. Lindloff Jr. and Evelyn Mae Horn Lindloff Abell and step parents Betty Davis Lindloff and Leonard Orval Abell and Husbands Jack W. Smith and Jay W. Bixby.
