Virginia “Ginny” Jordan, 82, formerly of Chicago and Highland Park, Ill., passed away Jan. 16 in Elkhart.
Ginny, the much loved mother of Kate, Nora, David and the late Rick Jordan, and sister of Robert Tunison, spent many years as an art consultant in Chicago and helped create the Percent-for-Art Ordinance there, ensuring art budgeting for public buildings and spaces.
