Virginia “Jo” Gass, 77, of Trenton, Ga., passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019, at her daughter’s home in Newnan, Ga., surrounded by family. Jo was born Oct. 12, 1941 in Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. to the late Luddite Amer Hice and Hoyt Lewis Key. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Billy Joe Gass, son Karl Seth Gass and sibling Wanda Sue Moreland.
She is survived by daughters, Elitta Kay Compton and Connie Cebulski. Son-in-law Joe Cebulski, grandchildren Keith Compton, Henry Cebulski, Leah Cebulski Rainey and husband brad Rainey, Cayla Gass and Skylar Gass, great-grandchildren Silas, Lula, Bradbury, and Reven.
