Virginia H. Moon Bell, 86 Rensselaer Virginia H. Moon Bell, 86, of Branson Manor, died Saturday at Albany Medical Center Hospital Albany, after a brief illness. Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Jacob H. and Jennie M. Castle Moon and wife of the late William Bell. She had resided in Troy area most of her life and was a graduate of Troy High School. Mrs. Bell was employed at Cluett, Peabody & Company for 20 years retiring in 1969. She was a member of the Pawling Avenue United Methodist Church in Troy and the American Association of Retired Persons. Survivors include her daughter Marilyn J. Vail of Largo, FL; two granddaughters Hazel M. Hilts of Florida and Helen Bailey of Galway; two great grandchildren Brittany Nicole Hilts of Florida and Emily Janae Bailey of Galway and several nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
