Ginny is survived by her husband Dale E. Smith. They were married November 26, 2005. She is also survived by her sons Richard Hayes (Kathy), Randy Hayes (Kathy), and Terry Baker (Roxanne) and siblings
Roy Newsom and Nita Stewart and Grandchildren Brad, Eric, and Shawn Hayes, and Jenna and Trevor Baker and three Great Grandchildren.
