COLCHESTER – Virginia “Ginni” Lee, (formerly Yockachonis), age 67, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Wednesday (Oct. 5, 2016). Born July 2, 1949 in Norwich, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Shirley (Taylor) Lee, Sr. A truly caring and generous woman, Ginni touched many lives while working as a dietary aide at Harrington Court GHC Center in Colchester for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed reading and was a lover of dogs and cats alike. Ginni’s door was always open to both family and friends. She leaves two children, David Yockachonis of Colchester andBarbara Yockachonis of New Britain; three grandchildren, Nicole, Sean and Taylor Patterson; one great grandson, Zane: two siblings, Theresa and Arthur Lee, both of Colchester; and many friends and extended family.
