Born in Port Washington North, New York, Mrs. Galasieski, was an administrative assistant for the Northrop Grumman Aerospace Corporation on Long Island for 30 years. After retiring in 1985, she moved from Bethpage, Long Island, New York to Edgewater. Mrs. Galasieski co-founded the Long Island Ladies Club in Edgewater/New Smyrna Beach in 1989, was a member of Sacred Heart Parish, a volunteer of Berg Fish Medical Center Auxiliary (serving as auxiliary President 2001-2003), and a volunteer at Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler’s Edgewater Care Center.
