WINSTED –BARDINO – Virginia Frances Bardino, passed away on December 18, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Joseph Bardino, Sr., for 74 years. Born December 18, 1923 in Winsted, CT; the daughter of the late Harold and Mildred (Waldron) Kelly. Virginia was a life long resident of Winsted and a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church. She loved to crochet and made many memorable gifts that are cherished by her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and supervisor at Holiday Handicraft. In addition to her husband, she leaves a son, Joseph Bardino, Jr., two daughters, Judy Case and Dianne Piette; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
