Virginia Copeland Warren, 95 of Newnan passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022. She was born in Whitesburg, GA on May 25, 1926 to the late Otis and Ola Copeland She is preceded in death by her husband G. Sidney Warren; brothers Kirby, Ray, Buford, and Johnny Copeland; sisters Pauline Copeland McCoy and Sarah Copeland Moore. She was an active member of First Baptist Church in Newnan and a beloved Sunday School Teacher. After graduating from Whitesburg High School she graduated from Atlanta Business College and went to work in the office of Arnco Sargent Mills until her retirement. She also volunteered at Newnan Hospital as a Pink Lady for many years. Survived by her son Chip (Patty) Warren and daughter Cherry (Floyd) Toney. Grandchildren Jonathan (Natalie) Warren, Katie Warren (Jon) O’Neal, Daniel and Adam Toney. Great grandchildren Sydney and Andrew Warren, Finn O’Neal.
