Virginia C. Curry age 78 of Geneva formerly of Chicago and Westmont passed away Saturday December 31, 2011 at Wynscape Nursing Center in Wheaton.
She was born March 26, 1933 in Chicago, IL. the daughter of Raymond and Ruth (Campion) Wiley.
Virginia loved to cook and was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her five children Peggi (Terry) Semmens of Batavia, Kevin (Sandy) Curry of New Lennox, Lisa (Scott) Palese of Geneva, Brian (Kelly) Curry of Naperville and Sean Curry of Geneva. Sixteen grandchildren Michael Semmens, Kelly (Ed) Rodriguez, Ryan, Meghan and Lauren Curry, Lexie, Jake, Ashley and Amanda Palese, Connor, Courtney, Christopher, Catherine and Caden Curry, Yvette (Brian) Enright and David (Michelle) Szumigalski; seven great grandchildren Claire and Oliver Rodriguez, Amanda and Brooke Enright and Kristoffer, Kyle and Sarah Szumigalski.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Ruth Chorley-Szumigalski and her husband William Curry.
