Virginia Adeline Douglas 90, of Anderson, passed away on May 1, 2013 at her residence. She was born on December 29, 1922 in Jennings County, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Virginia graduated from Indiana Business School. She is a retired Bookkeeper for Independent Federal Credit Union after 35 years of service. She was a member of South Meridian Church of God. She loved to crochet, knit, make jewelry, decopage, latch hook, macrame, and any type of craft.
Virginia is survived by her daughter, Dawn Shrake Canaday of Anderson, and grandson, Ryan Canaday, and by her loyal pets, Ginger, and Zack. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Marie Hayden Adams, father, Lonnie Adams, and her sister, Marian Hulse.
