Virginia (Martin) Brady, born March 22, 1931 in Columbus Ohio. Went to be with the Lord on June 25, 2023. Survived by son Gary (Jennifer) Brady, 3 grandchildren Taylor Ann (Daniel) Clay, Elizabeth Marie (Chris) Greer and John Patrick Brady; Great grandchildren Bennett and Henley Clay; Brother, Don Martin; Nephews Mike (Pam) Martin, Chris (Melanie) Martin, and Mark Pryor; Great niece Teresa (Scott) Faun, Great Nephews, Michael Martin, Nicholas Martin and Anthony Martin. Preceded in death by loving husband Herbert Brady; son Jeffrey Brady; parents Clarence and Ruth (Vagnier) Martin, brother Jim Martin, nephew Steve Martin, sister in laws Diane and Cynthia Martin.
Virginia (Ginny) was a 1949 graduate of West High School, member of West High Alumni. She was a secretary at Travelers Insurance Co. for 5 years, Executive Secretary at Lazarus for 10 years and Executive Secretary for the Levy Family at the Union Specialty Store for 15 years. She retired from American Electric Power after serving for 15 years. A member of Dublin Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir, The Encourager’s Sunday School Class, and volunteered in the church office. She participated in many short term mission trips to the Czech Republic and was an active member of the Mission Board. Ginny enjoyed music, she would dance any opportunity she had, she would play the organ and sing but most of all, she loved the Buckeyes! She attended many home way and Bowl games and cheered louder than anyone dressed all in Scarlet and Gray she will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.
