Virgil R. McKee, 63, of Bicknell, Indiana, (formerly of Sandborn, Indiana) passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009, at his residence. He was born May 21, 1945, and was the son of Lawrence and Hazel (Stanton) McKee. On September 18, 1966 he married Jacqualan ‘Jackie’ M. (Menke).
Survivors include his wife, Jackie McKee, son, Stacey (Lynnette) McKee of Haubstadt, daughter, Heather (Cory) Earhart of Bicknell, six grandchildren, Macey, Molly, Mallory Earhart and Chandler, Emily and Cole McKee. Also surviving is a brother, Chet (Linda) McKee of Princeton, sisters, Retha McClintock of Linton, Katrina (Roy) Stremming of Sandborn, Brother-in-law Rex May of Jasper, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Judy (Jimmie) Yagle of Sandborn and several nieces and nephews.
Virgil was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marilyn May, father and mother-in-law Edgar and Maye Menke.
