Virgil E. Bagley, 84
Okeechobee – Virgil E. Bagley died on January 27, 2021. He was born September 29, 1936, in St. Louis, Missouri to Virgil Charles and Mildred Elizabeth (Hassel) Bagley. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He worked as a beer brewer for 36 years and 4 months for Anheuser-Busch. A resident of Okeechobee for 20 years, having come from Excello, Missouri, he was a member of Immaculate Conception in Macon, Missouri, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Okeechobee. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and especially the treasured time he spent with his family.
Mr. Bagley was preceded in death by his parents; and daughters-in-law, Coleen Bagley and Tina Bagley.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Margaret Bagley, of Okeechobee; sons, Mike Bagley, of Desoto, Missouri, Mark Bagley (Jan), of Imperial, Missouri, Matt Bagley (Dawn), of Arnold, Missouri, Rick Rogers, of Turtle Lake, North Dakota, and Robert Rogers, of Kirkwood, Missouri; daughters, Karen Thevel, of Sullivan, Missouri, and Sharon Crostic (Steve); and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
