Virgil “Chuck” Broyles, 77, of Cromwell, husband of Anne (Budwitz) Broyles, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Kansas City, MO, he was the son of the late Virgil and Charlotte (Hougland) Broyles. Chuck had lived in Cromwell for the past forty-eight years. He was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller. He worked for the Cromwell Post Office and owned and operated Broyles Barn Antiques. He was also a dance instructor, a professional model and actor.
