Violet G. Fisher, age 92 of Fairfield, formerly of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Vernon Fisher, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Cambridge Manor, Fairfield. Born in New York City, the daughter of the late Tancred and Lena Samut, she had been a Bridgeport resident since 1958. Mrs. Fisher was a dedicated and devoted wife and mother and was a gifted seamstress and decorator. She enjoyed creating and sewing clothing for her daughters and had a gifted ability to create ideas from displays she observed while shopping with her children. Survivors include two beloved daughters, Barbara Davila and her husband Joe and Marilyn Middlemass and her husband Robert all of Bridgeport; two cherished grandchildren who she adored, Christopher Easter and Allison Middlemass.
