Viola (Meyer) Taylor, 90, of Allentown, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hospital “” Cedarcrest. She was the wife of the late Frederick E. Taylor, Sr., who died in 1969. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Himmler) Meyer. Viola worked for AT&T / Western Electric in Allentown for many years. She was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic church. She enjoyed dancing and going to the casino. Survivors: Daughter Linda Bandle of Allentown; son Fred Taylor, Jr. and wife Evelyn of Allentown; granddaughters Christine Koerbler, Michelle Schaffer, Jennifer Dickert; great-grandchildren Christian, Brooke, Weston, Kendall, Hunter. Viola was predeceased by her sister Rose Wasko, and her brother Joseph Meyer.
