Viola M. (Ellett) Pierce, 96, of Providence, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the Indiana Masonic Home. She was born on April 18, 1921 in Waverly, Indiana to the late James and Pearl (Smith) Ellett.
Viola married Chester Pierce on October 15, 1940 in Waverly, Indiana, he preceded her in death on February 11, 2003. She was employed at Arvin Industries in Franklin for over 40 years.
Viola is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Dine and Helen Richart and many nieces and nephew. She is preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Miller and six brothers, Damon Ellett, Archibald Ellett, Dale Ellett, Clyde Ellett, Frederick Ellett and Raymond Ellett.
