She was a graduate of Jackson Central High School with the Class of 1959. She was Certified Nursing Assistant working in the healthcare field. Viola enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting, crocheting, and gardening.
Surviving her: husband Robert Baker, two sons: Byron Neil Stokes of Bedford, TX, and Caleb Nelson Stokes of Tipton, IN, two daughters: Genett Lynn Arriola of Nacogdoches, TX and Jennifer Lea Anderson of Pollok, TX , brothers: Morton Ogden of Tipton, IN, Phillip Ogden of Fayetteville, NC, Jerry Michael Ogden of Tipton, IN and Dennis Clyde Ogden of Elwood, IN, Step brother: David Tragesser of Tipton, IN, Step children: Paul, David and Tracy Baker and Lorie Chaudion, Grandchildren: Dorthea, Emilly Rose and Lawrence Arriola, Jacob Anderson, and Jon Stokes.
Preceding her in death are two brothers: John Bernard Ogden and Walter Paul Ogden and a sister : Katherine Ogden.
