Vincent M. Tulloch, age 82, died on Monday, July 3, 2006, in Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, MA. He was born in Syracuse, NY, on May 29, 1924, to the late Reginald Osborn and Gwendolyn Ardel (Page) Tulloch. He spent his formative years at the Fairhope School in Ridgefield and graduated from Milford High School in 1942. He married his loving wife, of 64 years, Rosemary Sullivan Tulloch, on August 9, 1942. Starting in March of 1943, he served his country in the US Navy for 3 ½ years. The majority of his working life, he was in the construction industry as a construction Civil Superintendent. He retired in 2001 at the age of 79 and returned to Milford to care for his aging wife. He enjoyed being a member of Ansantawae Lodge AF and AM #89 and American Legion Post #196. His family and friends were the greatest source of gratification throughout his life’s journey. Mr. Tulloch is survived by his beloved wife Rosemary Sullivan Tulloch of Milford, his devoted son Vincent T. Tulloch and his wife Jimmie Lou and their son Seann Neal Merritt Tulloch all of Essex, MA, his sister Nan Stubbs of Southbury, his granddaughters Cynthia Romer Castaldo of Darien and Sherri Romer Pulie of Easton, his nephews Jon Sullivan of CA and Thomas Flaherty of Milford, his nieces Prudence (Stubbs) Perrelli of Milford, Elizabeth (Stubbs) Paige of Milford, Candice (Stubbs) Reardon of Waterbury, Pennolope (Stubbs) Virgulto of Milford, Kathy Sullivan Kuchtma of Milford and Kelly Sullivan of Shelton. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his daughter Page Tulloch Romer and grandson Ian Mathew Daniel Tulloch, nephews Walter Blaut, Ross Sullivan and Timothy Sullivan.
